Happy New Year, everyone! I wish you and your family a healthy and prosperous 2022. The new year is always an exciting time for us because it gives us an opportunity to reflect and learn from the previous year while turning our attention to the year that lies ahead. As a company, Evolution Swim Academy continues to push the envelope on client experience at our swim academy, both in and out of the water. I hope that our new programs and offerings in the new year will bring added value to your family and enhance your experience.

In 2022, we will be introducing a new Junior Lifeguard prep program that is geared towards preparing swimmers to meet the swim test requirements to be able to participate in one of the local summer junior lifeguard programs. The Evolution Swim Academy Junior Lifeguard prep program will take place at our Nellie Gail Ranch location in two 4-week sessions, from February 7 – March 3, 2022, and from March 7 – March 31, 2022. Evolution Swim Academy will also introduce a Punch Pass program, which will offer students an opportunity to drop in on a second lesson during a given week without having to make it a permanent lesson time. Families can select when to drop in on a second lesson and the lesson is discounted.  In 2021, you had to schedule drop-ins through one of our customer service representatives but now, the Punch Pass drop-in classes can be conveniently purchased and scheduled through our app or parent portal.

2022 brings back our entire Management Team and more Senior Instructors than we have ever had in the past. Our personnel structure will also expand. In addition to our Management Team and Supervisors, we have added Customer Service Leads, whose main objective will be to carry out our customer service experience at each of our two locations. We are committed to your experience, and I look forward to our Team Members showing you why we are the premier learn-to-swim school in Orange County.

On a final note, our Mission Viejo maintenance team got to work just as the doors closed for the year. We continue to be an environmentally conscious company, and we did not dump and refill our pool water during the break, instead opted to use a reverse osmosis system that cleans our existing water. Couple this up with our new filtration system that cleans our water down to 1 micron, and I assure you that we have the cleanest and safest water. During the break, we also cleaned up the walls, fixed up imperfections and will open our doors with our swim school looking just as new as it did in 2014. As for Rancho Mission Viejo, there was one thing left to check off, and that was a lighting panel that went missing during our buildout. That lighting panel finally arrived and was installed. Although it may not seem like a lot, the lighting panel controls our entire lighting system at our RMV location making everything automated.

2022 is going to be a great year and our objective continues to be very clear: to develop safer and more confident swimmers through an unparalleled customer experience. I hope that we exceed your expectations in the new year and if you ever have questions or concerns, please let me or one of our talented Team Members know, and we will make it right.
