Pricing Information at Evolution Swim Academy

At Evolution Swim Academy, we strive to make swim lessons accessible and convenient. Below is important information regarding our pricing and policies.

• We accept all major credit cards.
• Monthly billing occurs on the 1st of every month. If the 1st falls on a holiday or weekend, billing will be processed on the next business day.
• Your first month of swim lessons may be prorated depending on your start date.
• There is a $35 annual registration fee per student due at the time of enrollment.
• To exit the program, you must complete an exit survey, available at the footer of our website.
• Before exiting, all pre-paid services, including make-up lessons, must be completed.
• No refunds will be issued if a cancellation request is submitted after the monthly billing cycle has processed.
• We observe the following holidays, no families will be billed during these anticipated closures:
  • Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. 
  • 2-day Thanksgiving Break: Thursday & Friday.  
  • Winter Break, 2 weeks, dates to be announced each year. 
• No sibling discounts are available.
• Multi-day discount: Receive 20% off the second lesson for all students.
  • The multi-day discount applies only to small group and Parent & Me lessons. It does not apply to semi-private lessons, private lessons, or Intro to EVO. No discounts are available for these lessons.

Make up Token Policy

• You must notify us of your absence via the Customer Portal or App at least 3 hours before your scheduled small group, Parent & Me or Intro to EVO class to receive a make-up token.
• Make-up tokens must be used within 30 days of the missed lesson.
• No make-up lessons are available for private lessons, semi-private lessons, or accelerator courses.
• Make-up lessons cannot be rescheduled once booked.
• Unused make-up tokens expire once you exit the program.
• Make-up tokens are available only to families actively enrolled in our swim lesson program.
• Make-up tokens can be used at either of our year-round, indoor swim schools.

• Memorial Day – Monday, May 26, 2025 
• Independence Day – Friday, July 4th, 2025 
• Labor Day – Monday, Sept 1st, 2025 
• Halloween – Friday, October 31st, 2025 
• Thanksgiving – Thursday, Nov 27th and closed Friday, November 28th 
• Winter Break –Dec 22nd – Jan 4th reopens January 5th
