We have compiled a list of the questions that our customers often ask us. If your question is not addressed, please call or email us at your convenience. Evolution Swim Academy is a premier provider of swim lessons in Orange County, California. We have 4 seasonal locations and one year-round location in Mission Viejo.

We accept new students on a year-round basis. Once you create an account with our company, we will call you to introduce ourselves and to gather information in an effort to best serve you. You may also request a free trial class if you would like to try out our service before making any commitment, but prior to the trial class, you must create an account and sign our online waiver and release of liability forms.

You can either take our online assessment or we can discuss our various levels when we do our introductory call.

Once you create an account and take the online assessment for level placement, you are free to register for lessons. Once we receive your request to register, we will call you to confirm that all information is correct. You may also wait to register until one of our customer service representatives calls you with an introductory call.

If you would like to exit the program you must first complete all prepaid swim lessons and make-up lessons. All services expire on your last day of enrollment. Absolutely no refunds will be considered once we process payment for the following month. To exit the program, notify us in person or over the phone and you will also need to fill out our exit survey.

We accept every major credit card, and we do auto-billing on the first of every month or the first weekday if the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday.

Up-to-date pricing can be found on our website under the “about us” tab.

We strongly recommend that students in Starfish 1-3 take 2 lessons per week. Students in all other levels may participate 1x or 2x per week.

Our multi-student discounts only apply to our 30-minute lessons and do not apply to our accelerator course or our Intro to EVO program.

Yes, you can change your schedule at any time. The most convenient ways to do so is by utilizing the Evolution Swim Academy app, our parent portal, or by calling us.

We will pro-rate your first month of lessons.

You can schedule a make-up lesson by using the Evolution Swim Academy app or the parent portal.

We will do our best to set your child up with the instructor of your choice. With a little flexibility, anything is possible.

We do not offer make-up lessons when a student is enrolled in private lessons.

We observe the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.

Yes. We sell the best swim lesson goggles on the market and there is a no-hassle return policy.

We have found that long hair distracts students from learning and for this reason, we recommend that our students with long hair wear a swim cap.

Yes. Our pools are heated to 90°

If your child gets sick and cannot move forward with lessons, you will speak to one of our supervisors and we will make it a seamless process to exit lessons. For any paid tuition that goes unused, we will credit the tuition for future use.

Make-up lesson tokens are valid for up to 30 days after the missed lesson.
