Details: Babies 3-9 months | 25-minute class | 6:1 ratio Our Water Bugs 1 class is the perfect introduction to swimming for babies aged 3 to 9 months, and this class is free! This class focuses on helping your little one become comfortable in the water while building trust and strengthening the bond between parent and child. Through engaging songs and gentle water activities, babies will develop foundational water safety skills in a warm and supportive environment.
Details: Babies 10-18 months | 25-minute class | 6:1 ratio Our Water Bugs 2 class is specially designed for babies aged 10 to 18 months, focusing on developing early swimming and water safety skills in a fun and nurturing environment. With the support of our experienced instructors, parents, and babies will work together on gentle submersions, breath control, and building confidence in the water through songs and interactive activities.
Details: Toddlers 19-35 months | 25-minute class | 6:1 ratio Our Water Bugs 3 class is designed for toddlers aged 19 to 35 months, focusing on building water confidence and introducing independent swimming skills. This class helps toddlers transition from parent-assisted activities to more independent movements in the water, such as kicking, floating, and basic arm movements.

This class focuses on building confidence, and comfort above and beneath the surface of the water. Students will also work on assisted skills, like the back float.
Details: 30-minute class (inclusive of 3 minutes of feedback) | 3:1 ratio Our Starfish 2 lesson plan is perfect for students who have mastered the basics and are ready to build on their foundation. This class focuses on developing independent swimming skills, including kicking, breath control, and back floats.

The Intro to EVO program at Evolution Swim Academy is designed to introduce young swimmers to the fundamentals of competitive swimming in a supportive and fun environment with a max 10:1 student-to-teacher ratio. This program bridges the gap between swim lessons and swim team participation. This 45-minute class focuses on stroke technique, cardio, and building confidence in the water. It's the perfect step for swimmers who are ready to take their skills to the next level and explore the excitement of competitive swimming while maintaining small group instruction and personalized attention. The Intro to EVO program is divided into two learning levels and is offered throughout the week at all our indoor facilities.
