ESA Halloween Costume Contest 2026:

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

1. SPONSOR

• This contest is run by Evolution Swim Academy (“ESA”), Mission Viejo and Rancho Mission Viejo, California. This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. By entering, you release Instagram from any liability related to the contest.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• The contest is open to ESA families and to families who do not swim with ESA. Entries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian, who must be 18 or older. Voters must be 18 or older. [ESA employees and their immediate families are not eligible for prizes.]

3. DATES (ALL TIMES PACIFIC)

• Entries open: October 6, 2026
• Entries close: Saturday, October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM
• Voting post goes live: Sunday, November 1, 2026
• Voting closes: Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 8:00 PM
• Winners announced: Wednesday, November 4, 2026

4. HOW TO ENTER

• Post a photo of your swimmer in costume on Instagram and tag @evolutionswim. If your account is private, send the photo to @evolutionswim by direct message. [Limit one entry per swimmer.]

5. PHOTO CONSENT

• By entering, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of every child in the photo, or that you have permission from their parent or guardian. You give ESA permission to share the photo in the voting post and in contest announcements on ESA’s social media channels. Entries that are inappropriate, or that ESA cannot show for any reason, may be removed.

6. VOTING AND COSTUME PRIZES

• On November 1, ESA will post every entry with a number. To vote, comment the number of your favorite entry on the voting post. Each Instagram account gets one vote. Only your first comment containing a number counts, and later comments are ignored. Comments with no number do not count. The three entries with the most votes win first, second, and third place. [In the event of a tie, the winner will be chosen by random drawing among the tied entries.] ESA may remove votes it reasonably believes are fake, automated, or purchased. ESA’s decisions are final.

7. VOTER DRAWING

• Everyone who comments to vote will receive a link to an entry form. Completing the form enters you in the drawing for a 4-Pack Punch Pass. Limit one drawing entry per person. ESA will randomly draw two winners from the completed entries: one from the entries that selected Mission Viejo and one from the entries that selected Rancho Mission Viejo. Current ESA families and new families are equally eligible.

8. PRIZES

• First place: $250 gift card of the winner’s choice
• Second place: $150 gift card of the winner’s choice and an ESA swag pack
• Third place: $75 gift card of the winner’s choice and a surprise from ESA
• Voter drawing (two winners): one 4-Pack Punch Pass each, good for four consecutive small group, Parent & Me, or Intro to EVO swim lessons at either ESA location. The punch pass has no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. It may be gifted to another family. It expires January 31, 2027.

9. NOTIFICATION

• Winners will be announced on @evolutionswim on November 4, 2026, and contacted by direct message or by the email given on the entry form. [A winner who does not respond within 7 days may forfeit the prize, and ESA may choose an alternate winner.]

10. GENERAL

• ESA may cancel or change the contest if something outside its control affects fairness or operation. ESA is not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries, or for technical problems with Instagram. By entering, you agree to these rules. Our families are the reason Evolution Swim Academy continues to grow. The Ambassador Program is our way of saying thank you for sharing your positive experience with friends. When a new family joins Evolution because of your referral, you earn complimentary lesson tokens that can be used toward future lessons.

Simple: Share Evolution. When they enroll, you earn.

How It Works:

When a new family enrolls and lists you as their referral, you earn lesson tokens once they remain actively enrolled for 30 days.

Referral Rewards

• Refer 1 family → Earn 1 lesson token.
• Refer 2 families → Earn 2 additional lesson tokens.
• Refer 3 families → Earn 3 additional lesson tokens.

That’s up to $264 in lesson value for helping grow the Evolution community.

Lesson tokens are awarded per newly enrolled family, not per child.

Where Tokens Can Be Used:

Lesson tokens may be used for:

• Small Group (3:1) Lessons
• Parent & Me Lessons
• Intro to EVO Lessons

Tokens cannot be used for private or semi-private lessons.

Program Guidelines

• Referring families must be actively enrolled and in good standing
• The referred family must list the referring family at registration
• Tokens are issued after the referred family reaches 30 days of active enrollment
• Tokens are non-transferable and have no cash value
• Tokens cannot be combined with other promotions
• Tokens must be used while actively enrolled
• Tokens expire 30 days after issuance

Simply ask your friend to list your family’s name when they enroll.

After 30 days of active enrollment, your lesson tokens will be issued automatically.
