2026 NEW FAMILY PROMOTION

If you are new to Evolution Swim Academy, we’re excited to offer you the opportunity to begin your swim journey with us at a special introductory rate.

What You Receive: 8 consecutive weekly small-group lessons (3:1 ratio), 30 minutes each, for $228.00 (Equivalent to $28.00 per lesson)

Terms & Conditions

• Valid only for new families who have never been enrolled at Evolution Swim Academy Mission Viejo or Evolution Swim Academy Rancho Mission Viejo (including siblings who have never enrolled).
• One promotional package allowed per swimmer.

Enrollment & Usage Deadlines

• Full enrollment and payment must be completed by February 2, 2026.
• All 8 lessons must be scheduled and completed by March 31, 2026.
• Lessons must run for 8 consecutive weeks from the start date you select.
• Start dates cannot be changed after enrollment.

Attendance & Scheduling

• Lessons must be taken consecutively—no skipping, pausing, freezing, or rescheduling for any reason.
• No makeups, credits, transfers, extensions, or substitutions are permitted for missed lessons.

Payment Requirements

• A $35 Swimmer Registration Fee is required prior to enrollment.
• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable (between swimmers, family members, locations, or programs).

If Enrollment Is Not Completed

• If payment is made but enrollment is not completed by February 2, 2026, the promotional amount will be issued as an account credit for future lessons at standard tuition rates.
• Account credits do not preserve or extend the promotional pricing.

Other Restrictions

• Not valid with any other discounts, offers, or promotions.
• Cannot be combined with previously purchased packages or credits.
• Not applicable toward private lessons, camps, clinics, or specialty programs.
