1. Monthly payments will be accepted via automatic monthly withdrawal from your bank checking account or Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, or American Express.
2. Billing takes place on the 1st day of every month. If the 1st falls on a holiday or a weekend, billing will be processed on the next business day. Upon registering, your first prorated month of swim lessons & registration will be processed immediately. An annual registration fee of $25.00 per student ($75.00 max per family) will be processed on your enrollment anniversary date.
3. To exit our program, you must do so by calling our office or by requesting an exit in-person while at Evolution Swim Academy. Before exiting the program, all of your pre-paid services must be completed, including make-up lessons. No refunds will be offered if your request is submitted after our monthly billing takes place.
4. Multi-student discount, 5% for additional students. 5% discount for 2nd lesson per week, per student. Discounts are taken off the base rate for lessons.
5. We observe the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day. Families will not be billed for observed holidays.
6. We observe the following holidays and take extended breaks during this time: Thanksgiving and winter break. Families will not be billed during these extended breaks.
Drop-In Classes for 2020
In 2020, we are offering drop-in classes for families wanting to add an additional class at any point. This will be scheduled as a single-day enrollment in addition to your regular ongoing weekly lesson. Drop-In lessons may be scheduled based on availability, can only be scheduled up to 7 days in advanced, and until further notice, must be made over the pbone and cannot be made on the App or the parent portal.
