The continuous approach has proven to advance swim skills at a faster pace than the session based lessons, largely due to the fact that children learn and retain skills faster and longer than children who have long breaks between lessons. Continuous swim lessons also provide a consistent day and time for your lesson. You no longer need to register every four or eight weeks or worry about which class your child will be assigned. Once you’ve selected your day and time, you keep this schedule until you choose to make a change or until your child graduates to the next level.
All new families must create an online account before attending a free evaluation. On our Home Page, select “Register”, and follow the steps to create a new account. After your child is evaluated, we can complete registration by selecting a schedule convenient to you and when form of payment has been received, you are set to start lessons. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover if paying by credit card but prefer that you pay by bank account withdrawal. This method is less expensive for us and in the future, will help us to keep lesson prices right where they are.
We offer a complimentary level evaluation before your child starts in lessons with our program. The evaluation takes about 20 minutes to complete. Once your child has an evaluation, in most cases, you will schedule and register on the same day. We require a form of payment to reserve space on our schedule.
After your child’s initial evaluation, we will schedule and register you on the spot (in most cases).
To withdraw from lessons, please send us an email to exit@evolutionswim.com stating that you would like to withdraw your child from lessons. Withdrawal notice must be submitted at least 30 days before your final lesson. Refunds will NOT be offered after lesson payments have been processed for the following month.
You can pay by bank account withdrawal (preferred) or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). Evolution Swim Academy does not accept checks. A form of payment must be received at the time of scheduling in order to reserve space on our schedule. Your first month will be pro-rated based on start date. Once enrolled, we will process tuition payment on the 1st day of every month.
We offer private, semi-private (2:1), and group lessons (3:1 and 4:1). All three carry a different price. Please call our office for pricing information.
If you prefer your child take lessons two times per week, we have you covered (for less).  If you enroll in two lessons per week, the second lesson of the week is discounted at 20%.
The first child pays basic rate, the second child receives a 5% discount and the third child receives a 10% discount on the first lesson per week. If you have multiple children swimming multiple times per week, the discount for the second class is the same for all children – 20% off of the basic rate.
We understand that your personal schedule might change. All you have to do is call our office and we will be more than happy to help you schedule something more convenient. You can also access your online account and request a schedule change via the parent portal.
We will prorate your tuition based on how many lessons are remaining in the month. Once enrolled, we will process tuition payment on the 1st day of every month.
Yes. Please notify our staff within 24 hours in advance of a cancelled lesson. We ask that you schedule your makeup lesson within the same month as the missed lesson if possible. Only one makeup lesson is allowed per calendar month. Students cannot use makeup lessons to extend current classes after canceling. If a student is enrolled in two lessons per week, we allow for two makeup lessons per month. Although we allow for makeup lessons, these lessons are not guaranteed and are offered based on availability.
We know that some children respond better to certain personalities and we do our best to accommodate your child’s needs. While we can never guarantee an instructor, we do reserve the right to change an instructor if necessary.
We cannot guarantee that a child in a private lesson will get a private makeup lesson. We will do our best to accommodate but please note that private makeup lessons will be based on schedule availability.
We observe the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Yes, but only if there is thunder and lightning (only at our seasonal locations. We do not cancel lessons at our indoor location for inclement weather).
Yes we do!  We sell the best goggles available for students in a swim school.
We are a swim school and want to make sure that students get the most from lessons.  When the hair gets in their eyes it tends to become a distraction!
Yes, we make sure to keep our outdoor pools heated between 82 and 84 degrees year round. We heat our indoor pool to 90 degrees.
We handle each medical issue on a case-by-case basis. In most cases, we have you provide us with a note from the doctor and we will discontinue lessons and credit the remaining lessons in the month for future use.
