We have compiled a list of the questions that our customers often ask us. If your question is not addressed, please call or email us at your convenience. Evolution Swim Academy is a premier provider of swim lessons in Orange County, California. We have 4 seasonal locations and one year-round location in Mission Viejo.

We accept new students on a year-round basis. Once you create an account with our company, we will call you to introduce ourselves and to gather information in an effort to best serve you. You may also request a free trial class if you would like to try out our service before making any commitment, but prior to the trial class, you must create an account and sign our online waiver and release of liability forms.

You can either take our online assessment or we can discuss our various levels when we do our introductory call.

Once you create an account and take the online assessment for level placement, you are free to register for lessons. Once we receive your request to register, we will call you to confirm that all information is correct. You may also wait to register until one of our customer service representatives calls you with an introductory call.

Although we never want to see you leave we understand that life happens. To exit our program, you can ask for a supervisor to assist you when you attend lessons. Please be aware that when you exit our program you must make sure to complete any services that are pending as make-up lessons do not carry over after a family unenrolls.

We accept all major credit cards and we currently do not accept checks as a form of payment.

Your child can take a second lesson per week. You can schedule the second lesson online using the parent portal or through one of our customer service representatives.

Yes. Every additional child receives a 5% discount off of our base rate.

When life brings changes, we are there to help. A schedule change may be made through the parent portal, our app, or by calling and speaking with one of our customer service representatives.

We will pro-rate your first month of lessons.

Yes. Make-up lesson tokens are offered up to 30 days after a missed lesson and you can schedule a make-up lesson using the parent portal or our app. After 30 days, the make-up lesson token will expire. You do, however, need to call us prior to the missed lesson to let us know that your child will be absent. Failing to call ahead will result in a no-call/no-show which does not qualify for a make-up lesson token.

We will do our best to set your child up with the instructor of your choice. With a little flexibility, anything is possible.

Our schedule changes daily and availability will dictate whether your child receives a private make-up lesson or not.

We observe the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

Yes. We sell the best swim lesson goggles on the market and there is a no-hassle return policy.

We have found that long hair distracts students from learning and for this reason, we recommend that our students with long hair wear a swim cap.

Yes. Our pools are heated to 90°

If your child gets sick and cannot move forward with lessons, you will speak to one of our supervisors and we will make it a seamless process to exit lessons. For any paid tuition that goes unused, we will credit the tuition for future use.

Make-up lesson tokens are valid for up to 30 days after the missed lesson.
