All new families must create an online account before attending a free evaluation. Once your account is created, one of our associates will contact you to answer any questions that you may have and to set up a free skills evaluation.

We offer a free skills evaluation and you can set that up with one of our associates after creating a new account.

After the free evaluation, we will schedule and register your child to start lessons.

Although we don’t want to see you go, we understand that life happens. You can exit the program by scrolling to the bottom of our home page on our website and by clicking on the “Exit the program” tab. Once you do that, one of our associates will be in touch with you shortly.

We accept all major credit cards and we do have custom plans for members that would like to prepay for lessons using other methods.

Your child can take a second lesson per week. You can schedule the second lesson online using the parent portal or through one of our associates.

Yes. A second child is discounted 5%, third child 10%.

When life brings changes, we are there to help. An associate will assist with changes to your schedule.

We will pro-rate your first month of lessons.

Yes. A parent can use the parent portal to schedule make-up lessons or you can schedule the make-up lesson in person. We do charge $5.00 to schedule a make-up lesson over the phone.

We will do our best to set your child up with the instructor of your choice. With a little flexibility, anything is possible.

Our schedule changes daily and availability will dictate whether your child receives a private make-up lesson or not.

We observe the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Yes. We sell goggles that we have researched to be effective for swim lessons.

We have found that long hair distracts students from learning and for this reason, we recommend that our students will long hair wear a swim cap.

Yes. Our pools are heated to 90°

If your child gets sick and cannot move forward with lessons, we will issue you a medical exception to the 30-day cancellation policy. A credit will be issued for lessons not used up in the month and you will have until the end of the calendar year or three months to use the available credit.
